Pricing
What you are committing to, before you book a meeting.
The Platform is one annual figure per venue, whatever the size of the club, with no per-user and no per-module charge. Bespoke is a build, so it is scoped first. Either way you get the figure in writing before you commit to anything, and we will tell you on the first call if it is not going to work for your venue.
Fescue Platform
Quoted, one annual figure per venue, per year · excl. VAT
One figure, whatever the size of the club.
No per-user charge, no per-module charge and no negotiation, the figure we give you is the figure.
Our product, out of the box. Every club runs the same core, and every new Platform feature arrives the day it ships.
- subscriptions, bookings, dining, till, payments and reporting on one ledger
- Your identity inside the Fescue app
- Unlimited staff logins, we do not charge per seat
- Migration, parallel running and training included
- A named implementation owner
Fescue Bespoke
Quoted
Bespoke is a build, not a product, the number depends on what we build.
What moves the number
- How many sites the application has to run
- How much of the member-facing app is custom
- Any integration we have to write for you
- Whether you want the code held in escrow from day one
We will give you a figure at the end of the specification meeting, in writing, before you commit to anything. If a fixed price for custom software sounds unlikely, that is the point of the meeting, we would rather scope it properly than quote a number we have to revise.
Start a conversation →Same ledger underneath. The difference is who owns the application, not what it can do.
Side by side
The actual answers.
Honestly
Whether this suits you.
Fescue suits a club that
- Runs 300 members or more, or a comparable volume of rounds and covers
- Can commit annually, this is a system of record, not a monthly subscription you trial
- Is reconciling more than two systems by hand
- Takes subscription revenue, not only walk-up trade
- Has someone who will own the implementation
Look elsewhere if you
- Run fewer than 300 members, the arithmetic does not work for you, and we will say so on the first call
- Need a tee sheet only, with no subscription or billing
- Cannot commit to a twelve-month term
- Want the cheapest option in the market. We are not it.

Price rises in writing
Any change to your rate is agreed before renewal, never applied silently.
Implementation
What it takes to go live.
Migration, parallel running, training and a named implementation owner are included in the Platform annual fee. Fescue Bespoke is quoted after the specification meeting. Typical time from signature to live: 6–10 weeks.
Questions
Asked before the meeting.
Why is there no figure on this page?
Because we would rather give you a real one than a headline. The Platform is one annual figure per venue and Bespoke depends on how many sites it runs, how much of the member app is custom and what we have to integrate. You get the figure in writing before you commit to anything, and we will tell you on the first call if it is not going to work for your venue.
What does implementation cost?
Migration, parallel running, training and a named implementation owner are included in the Platform annual fee. Fescue Bespoke is quoted after the specification meeting. Typical time from signature to live is 6–10 weeks.
Is there a minimum term?
Fescue Platform: 12 months initially, billed annually in advance, then it runs on with 30 days notice. Fescue Bespoke: 36 months initially. We tell you the term before the demonstration, not after it.
Can we start with one part of the platform?
No. Fescue is one ledger, taking half of it would leave you reconciling the other half, which is the problem you came to solve. If you only need a tee sheet, we will tell you so and point you elsewhere.
What happens if we outgrow the Platform and want Bespoke?
Both run on the same core, so the ledger and the history move across. The subscription records, balances and bookings are the same records either way.
