Where your data sits
Primary systems are hosted with Supabase. Transfers outside the United Kingdom are covered by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement. TeeTrack Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office as data controller.
Card details
Fescue does not store card numbers. Card processing is handled by Square. Recurring billing and card-on-file are handled by the payment provider, not by us.

Your data leaves freely
Full export at any time, no charge, no exit project. Under Fescue Bespoke the application source is held by a third-party escrow agent and released on defined conditions, so the club is not dependent on our continuity.
