What it can do
The concierge answers the phone when the pro shop or reception is closed or busy. A member rings, states what they need, and the assistant handles it: a tee time this Saturday, an entry into the midweek stableford, a dozen balls, a waterproof jacket, or a table for two in the restaurant. It speaks like a member of staff, remembers the caller, and finishes the job without passing them to a voicemail queue.
What it writes to
Every action writes to the same live record your desk staff use. A booking lands on the tee sheet. A competition entry appears in the draw. A pro shop order creates a till line and posts to the member's statement. Nothing sits in a separate silo or needs re-keying the next morning.
What it will not do
It cannot see or store card details, change a membership category, override handicaps, or make decisions outside the rules the club sets. If a request is unusual, disputed, or needs a human judgement, it transfers cleanly to a staff member with the context already attached.
How members experience it
Members call the club's usual number. The assistant recognises them, confirms their name, and completes the request in one continuous conversation. They hang up with a confirmed booking or a receipt reference, not a promise that someone will call them back.
