For premium venues
Venue Management.Simplified.
The platform your customers will love.
Fescue runs membership, the tee sheet, dining and billing from a single record. One system for the office. One app for the member.
Private demonstrations, at your club.
The Monday problem
Six systems, none of them talking
The tee sheet does not know about the bar tab, and the card machine does not know about either. So the office becomes the integration, and the same member is typed in three times before lunch.

Does not know she is a member at all.
Card machine
Mrs A. Hartley
Does not know which of the two Hartleys paid.

Does not know the lesson clashes with the medal.
Reconciliation spreadsheet

Does not know anything, until somebody types it in.
The general manager
What it costs the general manager
Once for the booking
Keyed by hand.
Once for the money
Till, card or invoice.
Once for the record
Reconciled at month end.
- The committee asks a question and the answer takes a week.
- Month end is a reconciliation exercise rather than a report.
- A member is chased for a subscription they settled a fortnight ago.
- Nobody is quite certain which system holds the truth.
- The general manager becomes the only integration the club has.
The Fescue approach
One record. Four windows.
Tee times, tables, courts and rooms on one grid.
A charge, a subscription and a green fee land on one account as they happen.
One login, not eleven.
What the member sees
The platform your customers will love
Members book a tee time, reserve a table, enter the medal and settle their statement in one app. None of the office’s complexity reaches them.
Book in four taps
An assistant that books, not just answers

About Fescue →QUESTIONS
Asked by committees.
What does Fescue replace?
A tee sheet, a membership database, a till, a payments provider, a coaching diary and a reporting spreadsheet. One ledger, one login, one member account.
What is the difference between Fescue Platform and Fescue Bespoke?
Platform is the product out of the box, one annual figure per venue. Bespoke is your own application on the same core, owned by the club, source code in escrow.
Why is there no figure on the site?
Because the real one depends on sites, custom work and integrations. You get it in writing before you commit to anything.
Is there a minimum term?
Twelve months, billed annually in advance, then 30 days' notice. We tell you the term before the demonstration.
What happens to our data if Fescue stops trading?
Full export at any time, at no charge. Under Bespoke the source is held in escrow and released on defined conditions. Terms sent before you sign.
How long does implementation take, and what happens to our history?
Records, handicaps, balances and subscription dates are imported and reconciled first. You run both systems in parallel and switch the old one off yourself.
Can our own team change pricing rules and permissions?
Yes. Booking windows, tariffs, member categories and staff permissions are edited by your team. Ask to change a green fee rule in the demonstration, then do it yourself.
Where does our data sit, and who handles card details?
Cards are handled by our payment provider; Fescue stores no card numbers. Hosting is with Supabase under the UK transfer agreement. Full detail at fescue.club/security.
Is Fescue the same company as TeeTrack?
Yes. TeeTrack Ltd rebranded to Fescue in July 2026. The legal entity remains TeeTrack Ltd, company number 16610438, registered in England and Wales.
Do you work for hotels and restaurants as well as golf clubs?
Yes, premium venues in the United Kingdom and United States: clubs, resorts, hotels and restaurants. Membership, bookings, dining, till and payments on one record.
