Six systems.
One ledger.

Fescue runs membership, the tee sheet, dining and billing off a single record. Run it out of the box as the Fescue Platform, or commission Fescue Bespoke and own the application outright. A bar tab, a subscription and a green fee land on the same member account the moment they happen, so there is nothing left to reconcile.

Three kinds of venue

The record is the same. What leads is not.

One system of record underneath, three quite different days on top of it. The difference is not the feature list, it is what the record is about, and which door people come through.

Golf clubs

The record is the member
  • The tee sheet is the centre of the day and everything hangs off it.
  • Competitions and visiting societies are the two busiest workflows and the two worst served.
  • Handicaps have to be right, on the day, without anybody looking them up.

Country clubs

The record is the household
  • Dining and functions can rival subscriptions, so the till matters as much as the ledger.
  • Membership is a family, not a person.
  • Several activities compete for the same space, staff and evening.
Asked for first

One statement across dining, courts and the gym, per household rather than per person.

Shown in the demonstration

In full, today. Household billing across several activities is the part we would look at with you first.

THE STAYRoomsTee timesDining & spaMOSTLY NOT MEMBERS

Resorts

The record is the stay
  • Most arrivals are visitors, so the record has to work for people who come once.
  • Packages bundle a room, a round and a meal that three systems usually sell separately.
  • Yield and occupancy drive the decisions and both need this morning’s numbers.
Asked for first

A guest who is not a member, staying three nights, leaving with one bill.

MONTH END

The afternoon nobody gets back.

Four systems, reconciled by hand, into a spreadsheet only one person can read. Every club we have sat with is doing some version of this.

Six systems

An afternoon

Month-end reconciliation, in the clubs we have sat with, across systems that disagree.

  • Member keyed twice, spelled two ways
  • The till has no idea who is a member
  • Coaching lives in a paper diary
  • Saturday revenue: three exports

One ledger

Nothing

There is nothing to reconcile when every entry already sits on one record.

  • One member, one account, one statement
  • The till sees rate, tab and handicap
  • Lessons bill themselves
  • Saturday answered on one screen

Six questions, no pitch

We would rather ask than tell.

Nothing here is scored and nothing is sent anywhere. At the end you get your own answers back in one paragraph, which is usually the most useful thing on a page like this.

How many separate systems does your office sign into on a Monday?

THE PRODUCT

One record, four windows onto it.

01 / Bookings

The sheet your professional works from

Tee times, tables, courts and rooms on one grid. Loop-level rules, dynamic green fees, marshal tools. Members book against the same record the desk is looking at.

02 / Dining

The bar already knows who she is

Covers, EPOS, private dining and society days. A round goes on her account with her rate applied, no chit, no second system, no keying a name that is already in the building.

03 / Statement

One account, not six invoices

Subscriptions, dining, coaching, retail and event deposits on a single statement. Renewals and card-on-file handled in the background, in sterling or dollars.

04 / The committee

The pack, before anyone asks

Occupancy, spend per round, arrears, payroll against sales. The numbers a committee asks for, current, without an export or an afternoon.

THE TWO PLATFORMS

Two ways to run it.

Fescue Platform

The whole operation, out of the box

Who it’s for: clubs that want the whole operation running this season.

Quoted, one annual figure per venue, per year · excl. VAT

  • Membership, bookings, dining, till, payments, reporting
  • Every new feature, the day it ships
  • Your identity inside the Fescue app
  • Migration, parallel running and training included
  • A named implementation owner
Platform pricing
Fescue Bespoke

Your own application, owned outright

Who it’s for: clubs and groups that need to own the software outright.

Quoted after a specification meeting · excl. VAT

  • Your own application, your name, your domains
  • Source code held in escrow, released on defined conditions
  • Built on the same core as the Platform, so it inherits the roadmap
  • Dedicated build team and written service levels
  • Everything in the Fescue Platform
Bespoke pricing

Same ledger underneath both. The difference is who owns the application, not what it can do.

Most clubsPlatform. Live sooner, and it upgrades itself.
Groups and resortsBespoke, when several sites need one system on your own terms.
Procurement-ledBespoke, when the committee requires code ownership and escrow.

A SATURDAY

Drag through the day.

The same eight hours, run on six systems and run on one.

Six systems

The booking sheet is right. The till has no idea who is a member, so the bar charges her the visitor rate.

One ledger

She books, and the bar already knows her rate, her tab and her handicap. Nobody types a name.

Competitions

A competition is not a separate system.

Today it touches an entry sheet, the tee sheet, the handicap system, a card printer, a spreadsheet, the sweep tin and a noticeboard. The competition itself never moves, only the seven places somebody has to carry it to.

Visiting societies

One enquiry, one record, one bill.

Eleven emails, a pencilled tee sheet, a chased deposit, a list of names that lands the night before, and a kitchen that finds out on the morning. For most clubs societies are the busiest workflow the office runs, and the one held together entirely by somebody remembering.

QUESTIONS

Asked by committees.

What does Fescue replace?

Most clubs we have seen run six systems: a tee sheet or booking system, a membership database, a till, a payments provider, a coaching diary and a reporting spreadsheet. None of them share a record. Fescue replaces all six with one ledger and one login, so a dining bill, a subscription and a green fee land on the same member account as they happen.

What is the difference between Fescue Platform and Fescue Bespoke?

Fescue Platform is our product out of the box: every venue runs the same core, always current, at one annual figure per venue. Fescue Bespoke is a custom application built on that same core, owned by the club, on your own name and domains, with the source code held in escrow, quoted after a specification meeting. Same ledger underneath both. The difference is who owns the application, not what it can do.

Why is there no figure on the site?

Because we would rather give you a real one than a headline. The Platform is one annual figure per venue; Bespoke depends on how many sites it runs, how much of the member app is custom and what we have to integrate. You get the figure in writing before you commit to anything.

Is there a minimum term?

Twelve months initially, billed annually in advance, then it runs on with 30 days' notice. We tell you the term before the demonstration, not after it.

What happens to our data if Fescue stops trading?

Full export at any time, at no charge. Under Fescue Bespoke the application source is held by a third-party escrow agent and released on defined conditions, so the club is not dependent on our continuity. Ask for the escrow terms during the demonstration; we send them before you sign.

How long does implementation take, and what happens to our history?

Member records, handicap history, ledger balances and subscription dates are imported and reconciled against your existing system before anything goes live. You then run both in parallel until the numbers match, we do not switch the old system off, you do. One named implementation owner stays with the club throughout.

Can our own team change pricing rules and permissions?

Yes, deliberately. Booking windows, tariffs, member categories and staff permissions are edited by your team in the interface. A complaint we hear repeatedly is that configuration is held by the vendor, ask us to change a green fee rule in the demonstration, then do it yourself.

Where does our data sit, and who handles card details?

Card details are handled by our payment provider; Fescue does not store card numbers. Primary systems are hosted with Supabase, and transfers outside the UK are covered by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement. Every subprocessor with access to club data is named in our terms, including the voice provider behind Wendy. A data-processing agreement is available on request.

Is Fescue the same company as TeeTrack?

Yes. TeeTrack Ltd rebranded to Fescue in July 2026 as the platform grew beyond golf. The legal entity remains TeeTrack Ltd, company number 16610438, registered in England and Wales.

Do you work for hotels and restaurants as well as golf clubs?

Fescue is built for premium venues in both the United Kingdom and the United States, private clubs, resorts, hotels, restaurants and sports venues, with membership, bookings, dining, till, payments and reporting on one record. Billing is available in sterling and dollars.

Five people, and everything else you can check.

We are not going to tell you we are trusted by hundreds of clubs. We are going to tell you exactly who we are, what a procurement check will find, and what we have done and when, and you can verify all of it without asking us.

Dated, and short. We would rather be new than vague.

Eighteen months old, funded twice, and live. We would rather you knew that than guessed at it from a website that implies a longer history.

04 · One club, on the record

The only one of the four still missing. References are given by introduction, before you sign anything, so you speak to a club rather than read a sentence we chose.

This section is empty because nobody has asked our clubs yet, not because there is nothing to say. Ask in the demonstration and we will make the introduction.

We arrive with a blank notepad.

In person, at your venue. You leave with a specification, a timeline, a written price, and an honest answer on whether Fescue suits the club, including when it does not.
